I have been working as a ScrumMaster for about 2 years, and have been working with scrum for about 4 years. When first implementing scrum I was in charge of the quality assurance team, so this has given me a major focus on quality to the end user from day 1. I am also a co-founder of an informal group dedicated to the discussion of agile development called ”Scrum Beers Göteborg”.
What will you talk about at Lean Tribe Gathering?
I would like to discuss the question of how we get our quality assurance processes and teams to work well with our goal of rapid release cycles. This is an area providing a lot of challenges to agile teams, and very few have yet to find good methods of doing this. This will not be a discussion about TDD, but how we provide quality to the end user in other ways. I will talk about what has worked and not worked for us, and the lessons we have learned from this.
