Ruth is a Strategic Product Manager in Product Area Radio at Ericsson AB. She is an experienced technologist with background on developing new high tech products and concepts and creation of intellectual property. I will talk about, how I, as Strategic Product Manager, make sure that the right product is developed by doing the right priority for development among different stake holders.
How customer interaction, development units, services, pricing, supply/support, other Strategic Product Managers interaction together with competitor, market situation analysis helps defining and prioritizing an executable minimum market feature to deliver, with the right market value to have the highest impact in the company’s bottom line, and a long term strategy.
