Team Organizations are flexible and adaptable, or?
One argument for organizing the workforce into teams is often to be ”more flexible” and ”more adaptable to change”. Is a Team Organization by default really more flexible? Is it easy to make self-organizing teams to adapt to changes? Well, the short answer is no, cause there are more to it.
In this lightning talk I share a couple of thoughts and experiences regarding the Team Organization as a flexible, adaptable organization. Raising a few questions and give some ideas to what needs attention, for instance ‘Adaptive’ – from who’s point of view.
