An agile organization is driven by agile ways of working in all of the relevant processes. Agile marketing for example. is now growing in the same way that agile development did a decade ago. There are many similarities and also some major differences that we will cover in this session.
We will also cover how marketing and R&D can and must work together in an agile approach. Thomas will share experiences during this brief overview.
Thomas Lönnegren has worked with product management, business development, R&D and Sales in the SW industry for 20 years. Both in small startups as well as with the giants as IBM. Since he has seen the trends over time, and in several industries he can relate to the differences and similarities to ensure that we use different perspectives in the transformations.
Thomas is now working as Head of Sales at Musqot, a Stockholm based startup that is developing a platform for marketing performance management.
