Marianne Pettersson has worked 20 years at Scania in many different positions. From Project Manager, Process developer, Sourcing Manager and is today manager for the development teams for the Flexible Maintenance service solution. Even if the teams are more or less self-sufficient there are challenges and Marianne sees herself as a catalyst and assists the development teams to break down barriers.
Charlott Frisk Larsson made a journey with her project from a resource oriented organisation into a flow oriented delivery organisation, with a lot of interesting examples from the IT-service Flexible Maintenance. Scania is developing a collection of innovative services for the large fleet of connected vehicles, and Flexible Maintenance is one of them. Charlott started as a java developer, continued as a project manager and today Charlott, together with Marianne, is responsible for the Flexible Maintenance service.
